| This sounds weird, but you lot might try an overall scrub with a shampoo designed for oily hair. Follow it with a scrub of total strength vinegar and then hose it downwards. One time it looks the way you want it, you can employ regular shower floor products. I exercise our tile like this maybe once a month, as my darling hubby enjoys using artisan bar soap- which over time, leaves residual, especially on the flooring. My own pilus conditioner does, too. |

| A huge thanks to everyone for their suggestions, definitely going to go some cheapo shampoo and definitely going to endeavor the toilet basin cleaner - like that smell. On this bailiwick, I have just inquired about the adequately new acrylic shower enclosure - walls, floor and no surround drinking glass door. Information technology looks absolutely gorgeous, but around $6,000+ it should! __________________ Constabulary of Logical Argument: Annihilation is possible if you don't know what you lot are talking about! | Magic Eraser is the only thing we've constitute that works. Tried straight bleach, Ajax, various scrub brushes, that spray-on cleaner that you leave, shampoo, white vinegar and baking soda, Barkeepers Friend, and an expensive ROG kit that's made for tubs/showers. Our shower wasn't heavily stained, but the Magic Eraser took out the ground-in clay that nothing else would budge. Now it'south my task to clean -- I step on the sponge and swish it effectually the floor subsequently I shower and so naught gets built up. |

That'due south the undercover to that pebbled finish, make clean it every time the shower is used, which in our case is a couple of times a day, sometimes more than - what a hurting! __________________ Law of Logical Argument: Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking most! | I did a examination yesterday afternoon. Shampoo vs a blue toilet bowl cleaner. The shampoo made a "dent" in the dirt. The bluish toilet bowl cleaner---wow! It really worked. In the past I've religiously scrubbed the floor with a strong castor and a soft gel abrasive cleaner coupled with scrubbing the floor while taking a shower. Never actually got the floor expanse clean. The affair I noticed well-nigh the toilet bowl cleaner arroyo is that if you miss roofing an expanse, information technology will definitely prove afterwards rinsing out the shower. I wonder if there is manner to ensure more even coverage? I'thou sold on the toilet bowl cleaner approach. __________________ |

| A give-and-take of Caution - if you use the blue/green cleaner use safe gloves - which I did not do. I at present have blue/green finger tips and no nail polish left on my nails! __________________ Law of Logical Argument: Anything is possible if yous don't know what you are talking near! | I used a long handle stiff bristle brush. Saves wear and tear on the one-time back and hands. I used the brush to spread the toilet bowl cleaner around the shower flooring. Let information technology set for awhile, and so scrub. Hope this helps. |

Information technology really worked. What brand of "blueish toilet bowl cleaner" did you use? How long did you leave it on earlier rinsing? Did you have to scrub at all? I have also tried simply nigh everything...bleach, Dawn, Scrubbing Bubbles....all getting on my easily and knees scrubbing with a stiff brush for what seemed like forever. I have a huge container of Kirkland Bathroom and Toilet Bowl Cleaner that I got from Costco. Information technology probably worked the best merely I wasn't overly impressed with the results. That'southward why I'yard request near the exact brand that worked for you lot. And how long you left it on. Another upshot I'one thousand having is that my shower enclosure seems to accept been installed in sections. And where the sections meet, there is black algae or mold growing. Its impossible to reach even using a castor. I'm trying to spray chemicals (bleach products) into the cracks but this seems like a design flaw. Wondering if anyone else is noticing that issue. __________________ |
